Columbia Metals has successfully completed its transition to the ISO9001:2015 quality standard. The transition, completed well ahead of the September 2018 deadline, was confirmed after an audit by BSI who assessed the company’s compliance with the requirements of the enhanced standard.
ISO9001:2015 places greater emphasis on continuous improvement, leadership involvement and risk and opportunity management. Columbia Metals has enhanced its focus on each of these areas as part of its long-term focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
